After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, I left for Minneapolis – a town brimming with corporate headquarters. My time working for area employers has left me with a priceless education in the art of building robust Web application experiences and user interface designs.
The process of creating relevant and engaging product components and software experiences has been job #1 for me. This has involved understanding product needs and delivering solutions that provide optimized usability while satisfying design and technical specifications.
My role as a Web and UX/UI designer has been to work directly with managers, product owners, writers, and developers to ensure design is properly applied to products. To reach that goal wireframes are often used as a way to map out the user experience efficiently for internal and external product review.
My primary role as Senior Web Designer has been to develop concepts through final digital files for marketing and eCommerce sites that promote products and services throughout the US and internationally. My experience includes designing components as well as entire Web sites.
I'm adept at producing concepts through final files for marketing email campaigns. I'm skilled at producing working wireframes, design mockups and authoring. I enjoy working with marketing staff, content strategy and writers to come up with effective and informative designs that have excellent response rates.

This often involves working with stakeholders and developers throughout the development cycle in order to deliver the final design successfully and on time.
